Hobart Taxis and Cabs Terms of use

These Terms of use constitutes of an agreement between you and the Hobart Taxis and Cabs. Use of the Hobart Taxis and Cabs indicates the unconditional acceptance of below mentioned terms and conditions.

Taxi will be provided on the basis of availability.
You must allow sufficient time while booking your taxi for any delay caused by the traffic or weather conditions.
Hobart Taxis and Cabs shall not be responsible for any delay caused by your failure to allow enough time to reach your destination or if the passenger/s are not ready at time of pickup.
The customer will be responsible for the behavior of all the passengers in the taxi during the journey.
The Hobart Taxis and Cabs may change these terms of use at any time by posting changes online.
